New Host, A quick question for y'all...

I wanted to make sure it was easy enough to find the new host, so I made a Xaltia Tales Announcements area for people to find the new host. I'm asking if you had problems finding it, so I can learn if I placed the link into the appropriate place. If you have any ideas to help people migrate to the new host, let me know, please.

BTW, I can't sign in to the old Topcities host, so the idea of "leave a link on that site for people to click on" won't apply here, sadly. That's the most obvious answer, that sadly can't work. Oh well.

yeah, it's too bad Topcities had to go be really cool and do something like that, as well as not send any replies to your queries. bastards. oh well, 5GBFree should work just as well, or at least it does from my most recent visits to the site

would u just use the dreamweaver program i gave u , NEStitch, and created your own webpage, free of the corporate menance.

because then I wouldn't have a need for Redmage, and then XT would turn to shit. besides I know nothing of HTML. that's one of the reasons why Redmage is so important to XT in the first place

answer: give dreamweaver CD to redmage, for he is smart in the ways of computers.

this isn't a question of using frontpage over dreamweaver.

those two entities are programs, which means that all they do is allow for the creation and editing of web pages.

whoever the host is is the issue. they don't care what you use to make a webpage - just because you used dreamweaver to make a page doesn't mean that you actually have it somewhere on the web. you have to get a host to allow you to put your site on their computers.

don't wish to completely shut down your argument, kionous, but your argument is quite irrelevant.

besides, i don't know how to use dreamweaver, and i know how to use frontpage. got a problem with that?

Y'know, there are free hosts out there for web comics specifically. If your not satisfied with various hosts, maybe they'd be more helpful. Or not... you know how companies can be.

first of all, pretty much all of my arguments are irrelevent .

second there are WAY too many websites out there for there not to be a way to get a cite for free.

this also may be irrelevent due to my stupidity and limited knowledge of all things ether....but it makes sense.

you know, I wouldn't be suprised if we ended up having to go through as many website hosts as James Riot did. I really admire his work, and yet he's been shut down so many times....then again, he's got very offensive humor....then again, a lot of website hosts are whinerbabies
